Loval products are guaranteed for one year against faulty material and/or workmanship. In case of possible claim, please contact customer service or your contact person at Loval. They will arrange collection of rejected goods.

Please enclose with the goods either a copy of the original delivery note or other information for identification of the original purchase order. Clearly mark the goods with ”RETURN” and indicate the name of the person the return has been agreed with. Also include your possible internal reject note or other corresponding references.
Loval will not be responsible for carriage charges of returned goods sent otherwise.
