Loval selection includes HP-64 series plate heat exchangers and integrated heat exchangers (IBHE) with brazed flow-through heater.
These IHP-64A and IHP-64B type heat exchangers were developed and tested together with our partnering university and our own laboratory. They combine high performance with compact, durable construction.
All our plate heat exchangers are brazed with copper. Typical applications include heat pumps, district heating plants and various industrial processes.
All our plate heat exchangers are tested in accordance with EN-standards with a helium tester for pressure and leaks. Also cyclic stress caused by heat pumps and cooling aggregates has been taken into account when developing and testing the products.

Solutions
HP-64
HP-64 is our latest brazed heat exchanger specially designed for heat pumps and cooling aggregates. It is the highest performance heat exchanger on the market with HFC coolants, such as R407C, R404A, R134A and R410A.
HP-64 is an excellent choice for single unit heating or cooling units in heat pumps up to 30 kW and in cooling units up to 50 kW. HP-64 can be used as evaporator and condenser. Versions A and B are for different power ranges.
HP-64 is also suitable for cooling or heating of liquids due to its thermal efficiency.
