Solutions
Process heaters are designed so that heat transfer and pressure drop can be calculated with existing mathematical models. This eliminates the need for measured verification of heat transfer with geometrical models.
We have a wide variety of materials for different applications. We have both design and installation personnel who are familiar with pressure vessel requirements.
Our vacuum, furnace and torch brazing methods are process approved and we have experienced operators to carry out the work.
